Boats N Roads Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery timelines (after your order ships):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume shipping periods.

We currently ship to:

  • United States (all 50 states)

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier scans the package.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We can reship it once we confirm the correct address, and additional shipping charges may apply, or

  • We can issue a refund minus shipping costs (when applicable).

If you notice an address error, contact us ASAP. We’ll do our best to update it before the order ships, but we can’t guarantee changes once the carrier has the package.

Shipping Restrictions (Common Sense + Compliance)

Some products (especially liquids) may have shipping restrictions based on:

  • Carrier rules

  • State regulations

  • Temperature extremes (rare, but possible for certain items)

If we can’t ship an item to your location, you’ll be notified and refunded for that item (or the order will be cancelled if necessary).

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Damaged on arrival:
If your package arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage (box + product)

  • Photos of the shipping label

We’ll work quickly to make it right (replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation).

Marked delivered but not received:
If tracking shows β€œdelivered” but you don’t have your package:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors/building staff

  2. Confirm the shipping address on your order

  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number

If it’s still missing, email us within 5 days of the delivery scan and we’ll help you investigate next steps. (Note: we can’t guarantee replacements for packages marked delivered, but we’ll advocate with the carrier and help however we can.)

Incorrect Items / Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or something is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll fix it.
