Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee

Boats N Roads stands behind our products when they’re used as intended. Our warranty and satisfaction guarantee applies to products used appropriately and for their designed purpose.

What’s covered

• Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.

• Consumable accessories (like microfiber towels, pads, and applicators) are covered against defects for their expected useful life.

What’s not covered

• Normal wear and tear

• Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, or accidents

• Modification, alteration, or use outside intended/label directions

• Damage caused by using products with incompatible chemicals/tools or in ways not described in product instructions

Additional notes

• Warranty/guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• In certain situations (non-warranty returns or items showing improper use), partial credit may be offered at our discretion.

Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges (30-Day Window)

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, pending approval by our customer support team.

Eligible return outcomes (after review)

• Exchange for the same or like item

• Refund to the original payment method

• Store credit

The option offered may depend on the condition of the item and the reason for the return.

Return conditions

• Items must be returned in a condition that allows our team to evaluate the product (and packaging when applicable).

• Products returned that show excessive use, misuse, or damage may be denied or qualify for partial credit only.

• We do not accept chemical product returns that have been opened. 

How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

To initiate a warranty claim, return, refund, or exchange, please contact our customer support team to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions.
